Trays are available in 10 inch, 12 inch and 14 inch widths with sides at 2.75 inches tall. All trays come with two leather handles. 
Wood inserts are available to fit each of these trays. Each insert is finished with food safe oil, and has a notch on the edge for easy removal from tray.
