RR6 Wood Designs is a small workshop situated a few miles east of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Rural Route 6,  established by Doug Friesen.  Doug’s passion for designing and making furniture from wood began with coffee and end tables he made as a gift for his wife for their first Christmas.  In the years that followed he continued to pursue his passion developing his skills creating numerous pieces of furniture and other items.  His workshop is his “happy place” and he looks forward to sharing his creations with you.
